Hey guys, I made a ticket a few days ago regarding changing to our bought domain name. we have followed all the instructions but as yet, my ticket remains unassigned.
Ps one other thing happened tonight. I got a new recruit to our clan, after he signed up to the website, he couldn't log on. I tried with his loghin details and still nothing. I manually activated his account and he clicked the email link to activate it but still nothing. Any ideas what the problem could be? |

Hi there, all set up. This sometimes happens when you don't return from paypal. I notice you paid again and have added the extra month and an additional 7 days as a gesture of goodwill.
We haven't been as active in frontline support recently, mbut the servers and everything else have been running perfectly 24/7 |

I ordered a xippy website wednesday, still haven't received an email yet..
I have emailed, put in a support ticket 3 times. Still no answer.. I've paid pretty much for nothing i guess? |
