Incorrect validation code (critical ticket made not assigned)

Hello i made a ticket yesterday which is critical, no one new can register on www.konvictgaming.co.uk they keep getting incorrect validation code some new people have tried and i have also along with a few of my members as you can understand a clan needs its website to recruit new members and without that function our website is useless please either reply to my ticket or if you can help me fix the problem in the forums if possible

it seems to be intermitent 1 person today has been able to register yet no one else would like this resolved or at least looking at asap if possible been over a day with a critical ticket unassigned

I raised a support ticket on critical on 17/02/2013.

Still not heard anything back. Good luck mate

Paul hasnt been on the website in 7 days hmmm my website expires in 2 days and atm its useless for recruiting new members.....

ive sent them emails and tryed to contact someone on irc ..... i have just renewed the site aswell so now im paying for something thats not working correctly very dissapointed in xippy
