Now that we know that no update or new themes are imminent (I would still like to be told what that road map is)

I was wondering If I could get a modification to my site that I dearly need.

If you look at the www.thewgl.co.uk  I really want to remove the "Latest Results" box and replace that with a custom panel please please can you make this modifcation for me just make it into custom panel 1.

This would allow me to put rotating graphics into it for links and features

Ideally I wouldn't want any header on this box either so that I can put just a simple box thats a square.

Is this at all possible?

i'v been on them about this few times, they no and looking into it.

i think they would have to make new themes for this with some code edits, i'v been told that if 1 was removed, every1 that has that theme get's bugger'd.

Let me check your theme and see if I can make this happen. If I can make it happen once I cna reproduce this for the other themes too. We would have to give you a new theme, based on the current one, but without the results table. This is not ideal, I'd rather all themes had this ability. When we do introduce the centralised change you will have to make the change to the new updated theme manually. We won't be touching any customised themes.

Thank you I would really appreciate it If you could link to to custom panel 1 but without the header so its just the box. that will be fully filled by a square graphic

As i am going to put a javascript in their which rotates images that are linked to other parts of the site and side sites.

Do you have your Javascript ready ? I might have a temp fix for this till the new updates.
I'm just having trouble with the temp pic i put into that section, when you log out it jumps up when logged in it's fine.. . . .  hhmmmm

this is as close as your going to get at the moment without the new updates. hmm well since it is over the results box I THINK we can get it over the details also with z-index, dunno atm.

Its exactly the type of thing im looking for but i only want to have it over the results I dont want to lose quick news as you can see on my site that menu is imperative.

Can you give me a yes or no please?

Also what is the latest with the updates? It appears you simply tried to appease us at the time when we were understandably annoyed and now returned to pretending nothing happend.

You owe it to us as customers to let us know what the latest is espically after all the previous broken promises.
