So Can We Get An Update Now? PLEASE RESPOND ADMINS

So its now been a few days and im sure you must have spoken to your designers (EMPLOYEES) by now.

So could you now please let us know what the story is as we all pay for this service and deserve to know whats going on?

A) No update is ready and your "designers" have done no work.
B) The update will be ready this week
C) The update will be another year

Can I point out that is infuriating having to put up with the constant delays and broken promises but what turns that into anger is just being ignored

Please Please Please Communicate today with an answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even if we don't get an update this month I am more than pleased with my experiences with Xippy. I always get prompt replies when I have a problem and the templates and current features are great.

Yes some upgrades would be nice, but I signed on with Xippy for the functionality. Everything works really well. I have no complaints with the existing software.

Anyway, I'd just like to thank everyone at Xippy for the great services they provide. I know a lot of people are giving you guys hate, and I'd just like to show them a little love.

They aren't employees...I haven't had a response yet, as soon as I do I'll let you all know. It's pretty snowy here, but that doesn't stop me working. Oour main developer is currently in Romania, and although the internet is usually good there, I've not heard from him since before Christmas. The designer has been on once between Christmas and new year but not since.

There is no guarantee of updates, but i'm keen to beging continually improving the service.
