1. Go to your newly set up website and login using the details sent to you in the welcome email.
2. After logging in, click "Access your Control Panel". A window will load (if this does not load check that you are allowing popups for the website).
3. You will see many areas where you can customize your website. We recommend having a general look around to orientate yourself with where things are (most things are self explanatory).
4. In the control panel, click "Users". Get your team to register on the website, and then after they do so, you can visit this section and add your team mates to the team. This only adds them to the team, and not to a specific game or squad, that will come later.
5. Go to the "Squads" section. Here you can create a squad, for example, a counter strike source Team, and then proceed to add individuals to that team. These individuals must be added to the clan first in the "Users" section (see step 4 above).
6. Click "Site Settings". Here you can alter some details about your team and choose to display a donate via paypal link and a teamspeak or ventrilo viewer, courtesy of nanospy.
7. Click "Banner/Themes". Here you can choose out of the available themes for your website and also upload a banner to your website.
8. Click "About Us/ Achievements". Here you can insert more information about your team which will be viewable on the "About" page of your website.
9. Click "News". Add a news category here, for example "Team News", so that you can start adding news to your website. We recommend making a category for very general things. i.e. Site News, Team News, Scene News etc.
10. Click "Match Types". Create a match type here so that when you come to add a result/fixture in the "Results" and "Fixtures" sections, you will be able to choose a match type and keep your results organised.
11. Visit the other sections to see what they do, everything is self explanatory and easy to use.
12. If you require support, for example, for changing your website domain address, or for general help in things you are unsure of, click the "XippY Support" button at the top on the control panel, and submit a support ticket. We will try our best to answer all tickets as soon as possible.
